Who can vote?

Persons aged 18 or over who are U.S. citizens living in Idaho for at least 30 days may vote in the State of Idaho.
Do I need to register?
If you have never voted in Idaho or have had an address or a name change, you will need to register to vote. Once you have registered, your registration is permanent as long as you vote at least once every 4 years in a primary or general election, you do not move, or you do not change your name.

How can I obtain an Idaho Voter Registration Form?

A Mail-In Voter Registration must be applied for at the County Clerk's office in the County in which you reside. This Registration form can be obtained at Idaho Votes. To register on Election Day you must provide proof of residence with photo ID at your voting location.
