Adams County Health Center, located in the west-central area of Idaho, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides health services to residents of Adams County and the surrounding area, regardless of social or economic status.
Services offered include primary and preventive care, obstetric care, primary and preventive dental care, laboratory, psychosocial rehabilitation and case management, and telepharmacy.
All types of patients receive services at Adams County Health Center, including those with private insurance coverage, Medicare, Medicaid and those who are uninsured or underinsured. Services are provided on a sliding fee scale based on household size and income.
