Denise is responsible for the overall management of the corporate affairs of Idaho Primary Care Association. Director of Clinical Quality
   
Teri works closely with Idaho's Community Health Centers to implement clinical quality improvement priorities. Teri provides training and technical assistance to Community Health Centers in the areas of clinical quality, clinical operations and practice management.

 Rick Beveridge
Finance Administrator
Rick is responsible for managing IPCA's financial functions and provides technical assistance related to financial operations to Community Health Centers when requested.

 Jesus R Blanco 
Director of Policy

Jesus is responsible for implementing the state and federal legislative advocacy agenda, working with state and federal agencies to support and implement policy issues of concern to the members of IPCA. Jesus also assists with identification and development of new program opportunities for Idaho's Community Health Centers.

Kathy provides training and technical assistance needs assessment and development of training and technical assistance strategies and assists the Executive Director in strategic and organizational planning and reporting.

Director of Workforce Development

Katrina is IPCA's contact for recruitment of professional candidates for Idaho's Community Health Centers. Katrina is also responsible for the implementation of IPCA's workforce strategy.

Timothy Heinze, MHA 
Patient-Centered Medical Home
Program Specialist

Timothy is the program specialist for the Patient-Centered Medical Home grant, an initiative  sponsored by Qualis Health and managed by the IPCA, to help primary care safety net clinics become high-performing patient-centered medical homes.     theinze@idahopca.org

Administrative Assistant
